What happens after you place your order

At Everest Textiles, we are committed to bringing your customized clothing line to life exactly as you envision. To ensure the best results, we work closely with you to finalize all project details, including designs, fabrics, patterns, and specifications.

Your cooperation in reviewing and confirming these details allows our production team to deliver high-quality apparel that meets your expectations, on time and with precision.

1. Writing Instructions & Collecting Data (Order Summary)

We begin by summarizing all the details we have gathered from your submitted instructions and artwork. This usually takes 1–2 business days, but may take longer if the information is unclear or incomplete.

2. Reviewing & Approving the Order Summary

Next, we review the order summary with you, either via phone call or email. Ideally, you should be on a computer during this discussion with our apparel consultant. Any requested changes are discussed and updated in the summary. Once you approve it, the turnaround time begins, and we move on to the sampling stage.

3. Sampling Process

You can choose whether to see a sample before bulk production or proceed directly. For first-time orders, we strongly recommend starting with a sample. After approving the summary, we create a single sample piece and either send it to you or share high-resolution images depending on your preference. Your feedback is essential during this stage, especially for aspects like print designs, label designs, cut & sew styles, and other custom features.

4. Bulk Production

After sample approval, bulk production begins. Using the approved sample as a model, we manufacture your order according to your specifications. You can relax while we handle the production, ensuring timely delivery based on your order quantity and the agreed timeline.
